About P. Holmes

P Holmes was born in Sarnia Ontario Canada. She was educated at St. Lawrence College. She has also studied art under her instructor, Landscape Artist Johannes Valoothius.
Ms. Holmes began painting at an early age in school and at the YMCA. Many years later when her daughter bought her an oil set for Christmas one year, Ms Holmes developed a keen interest in art. She states"Art is a continual Learning Process..of practical and theory curriculum."
Recently Ms Holmes developed a high interest in pastel and sometimes mixes both watercolour her 1st medium, and pastel.
